The Chef
Pietro Amoriello, our head chef was born in the Tuscany, Italy and had always had passion for food. Moving to Canada a mere 10 years ago, Pietro quickly realized that he had to share his passion for authentic italian cuisine with the Ottawa community. Del Piacere translates to "of pleasure" highlighting the the love that he has for providing our customers an amazing meal.
